Flight Instructor Instructors will be responsible for giving basic and advanced flight instruction. Running ground school and giving one-on-one ground instruction is another requirement for instructors.
Aircraft Mechanic Aircraft Mechanics have the important responsibility of keeping CTL's aircraft operating safely and efficiently.
Flight Dispatcher  The dispatcher will take care of the CTL's day to day ops, track flight times, track customer accounts, accounts receivables, coordinate flights, and inform mechanics of what inspections need to be done.
